Mission: We aim to expand mental healthcare access for young professionals and college students through video chat therapy with licensed mental health professionals.
Many young adults suffer from mental health difficulties like depression and anxiety. Three quarters of people who struggle begin seeing signs by the time they’re 24, but a majority don’t seek care. We want to change that.
After speaking with college students, young professionals, employers and behavioral health clinics, we came to video chat therapy as a viable, effective way to increase access to mental health services.
We want to reduce barriers to seeking care that currently exist.
